- Unpaid uploads expire within 24 hours. Private order images normally delete seven days after delivery.

Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once for your portrait order. There is no subscription.
What do I get for each photo?
Each finished photo includes a full-resolution portrait, a transparent PNG and social-media crops. You also receive an album ZIP. Photo checks and one portrait style are included.
Is VAT included in the price?
Yes. The displayed prices include VAT. Your total is confirmed before payment.
Do you edit my photo before I pay?
No. We only check whether the photo is likely to work well. Your portrait is created after payment.
What if my photo is not suitable?
Photos are checked before checkout. A photo where a person meaningfully overlaps the dog is rejected before checkout because reliable dog extraction is not possible. Use another clear photo with one complete, recognizable dog.
How many changes can I request, and how long are files kept?
You can request up to two adjustments per photo. Unpaid uploads expire within 24 hours. Private processing images are normally deleted seven days after delivery, except for a short active defect, refund or legal hold. Finished photos from signed-in orders are saved privately for 12 months. Keep orders and receipts here and download your photos again. Original uploads keep their shorter processing retention. Save originals yourself if you want to edit again later. An optional link-only shared album can remain for up to 12 months from publication or renewal.
Compare the total for the photos you want to process
The amounts on this page are examples for one, five and twenty photos, calculated from the current public pricing settings. The effective amount per photo helps you compare those totals without assuming that every offer has the same structure. A campaign can change the calculation while it is active. Your order's checkout total is the amount to review before payment; a price copied into an old screenshot or a saved search result is not an up-to-date quote. You can start with one suitable photograph rather than preparing a large album just to try the service.
Portrait orders and prepaid credits serve different purposes
The one-time photo totals here describe the selected photo-processing order. Account credit packs are a separate way to prepare for future processing, and their current terms and available quantities appear in the account purchase flow. Do not treat a displayed example for five photos as a five-credit pack or a subscription. For an existing credit balance, review the account order summary to see how it will be used. If you manage a kennel batch, check each photo's suitability first and confirm the actual batch summary instead of estimating cost from the number of dogs in a folder.
Choose the source before committing to a purchase
Payment buys processing of the photos accepted into your order, not an in-person photography appointment, printed artwork or a promise to reconstruct a missing ear or paw. You can improve the starting point without buying anything: read the photo guide, open your original at full size and compare it with the labelled examples. After delivery, review the files and download a local backup within the applicable retention period. The included structured refinements let you request up to two adjustments per successful image; use the delivered portrait and the available controls to describe what you want changed.
