Which dog photos work best?
Use a clear photo with one complete, recognizable dog and some space around the ears, paws and tail. Soft even light, visible eyes and a calm pose help. Avoid severe blur, screenshots, collages, strong filters, digital zoom and people overlapping the dog.
Will you change the identity of my dog?
No. We keep the real dog from your photo. The face, coat, markings and expression stay recognizable. We may adjust the crop, position, background, lighting and natural shadow.
Do you edit my photo before I pay?
No. We only check whether the photo is likely to work well. Your portrait is created after payment.
What do I receive and can I request changes?
Each finished photo includes a full-resolution portrait, a transparent PNG, social-media crops and an album ZIP. You can request up to two changes per photo.
How long are my images kept?
Unpaid uploads expire within 24 hours. Private order images normally delete seven days after delivery. An optional link-only album is a separate choice and can remain for up to 12 months from publication or renewal.
Who can see a shared album?
Results are private by default. If you share selected portraits, anyone with the link can view and copy them. The album is not added to our public gallery or search listings. You can stop sharing or delete it at any time.
How long does it take?
Allow about 5–30 minutes. Larger albums may take longer. We email you when your portraits are ready.
Do I need an account?
No. You can choose your photos and order without an account.
Which files can I upload?
You can upload JPG, PNG or WebP photos up to 25 MB each. One order can contain 1–20 photos, each with one clearly visible dog.
What happens if a paid photo can’t be finished?
If a photo does not pass the delivery checks, no finished image is released. You can try another photo of the same dog without paying again, or choose a proportional refund for that photo. Your successful photos remain available.
