Current status

DogPhoto targets WCAG 2.2 level AA. Automated keyboard, contrast and structure checks cover current core desktop and mobile journeys, but this is not a certification or a complete manual accessibility audit.

Manual testing with a representative range of assistive technologies is still incomplete. Complex image upload, checkout redirects and third-party payment interfaces need continuing verification.

Feedback and assistance

Tell us the page, device, browser, assistive technology and problem. Do not email passwords, payment-card details, recovery links or private photo links.

We will acknowledge and investigate accessibility feedback, but we do not promise a fixed resolution time before the support mailbox and operating process are formally verified.
